What is the Backroom

Hello and welcome to the backroom of Botano!

We wanted to take a moment to address an issue that we've recently come across with one of our payment providers, PayPal. As some of you may have noticed, a few of our products have been temporarily blocked from being sold through our main shop.

After some investigation, we discovered that PayPal has certain policies in place that restrict the sale of certain herbal products, including Artemisia Annua, Tribulus Terrestris, and Ginkgo Biloba. While we understand and respect PayPal's decision to enforce their policies, we also want to make sure that our customers have access to the products they need and want.

As a result, we've decided to launch a second version of our shop, under a new subdomain (backroom.botano.gr), where we will continue to sell these and other restricted products. This new shop will use a different payment processor, allowing us to continue offering these products to our customers without any interruptions.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we want to assure you that we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality herbs and spices, no matter what.
